They look out over the Great Peconic Bay ready
for you and your families to come and relax in.

sprawling three acre waterfront property has to
offer. Whether you want to relax within our
luscious green grass and meticulously landscaped
gardens to full fledged activities for everyone to
enjoy.
You can simply unplug or engage with the many
attractions which are a short drive away on Long
Island’s Historical North Fork. Anything from fine
dining, aquarium, vineyards to waterparks and so
much more, with everyday necessities just in
reach.
Plus you are only a 13 minute drive away from
the Hamptons.
Our property is nestled amongst the Vineyards
known across the country with many to choose
from, to satisfy everyones taste buds.
