Overlooking Peconic Bay within Long Island's historical North Fork, our one, two & three bedroom country cottages are located on a waterfront setting.  Nestled within vineyards and farmland on three garden filled acres, yet convenient to many local restaurants and attractions, our well-maintained cottages offer a sense of serenity & enjoyment that keeps families returning summer after summer.  Our cozy cottages are heated & air-conditioned.  Each one has a living room with a futon sleeper sofa, telephone, wireless internet access and color cable televisions with remote.  Kitchens are equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware and modern, full-sized appliances such as electris stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. There are laundry facilities on premises.  For outdoor entertaining, each cottage has a screened-in porch with table, chairs, an outdoor barbecue, picnic table and outdoor water faucet.  Boat dockage is also is available on our 365 feet of waterfront, so please inquire about current dockage rates.
