Each cottage on the waterfront is recently remodeled and updated each year with a light and airy beach theme. We paint all inside wall surfaces and make slight changes if required. Anything worn, we always change out with new. The exterior of the cottage is cleansed thoroughly from power washing to repaint with fresh new paint where needed. Property around the cottage are thoroughly cared for and made pretty with flowers, plants, and shrubs, making it feel like home. Immediately after every vacation we thoroughly clean every square inch of the cottage, washing linens, curtains, and towels. Including cleaning up all silverware, kitchen area, and fridge. Helping make your holiday fresh, inviting and spick-and-span.
Are you a red wine lover or have a love for white wine? Staying at our little piece of heaven, you are nestled among 40 vineyards on the eastern end of Long Island. There are so many wineries in our area, it will certainly fit any person's taste buds. We have wine excursions available where you are picked up right from our vacation area by means of bus, by a Tour Guide Professional with decades of experience, to tour the the Town Vineyards. She will certainly get you included with unique behind the scenes of the wine industry, from picking the grapes from the areas to pouring the wine right into your glass, for the fruits of your labor.
You are able to fish straight off any one of the numerous docks on our waterfront property. We also have a neighborhood skipper, you can set-up a day in the Peconic to cast for some bigger fish. If you really would like to go large, you can set up a charter fishing boat with a party of individuals to fish in the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
