Opening our Waterfront Vacation Rental Business back in 1994, to give others the chance to experience what we have, living here our whole lives on the water in Aquebogue. This will make your waterside cottage stay with us more delightful for every person, because we know the area very well and can give you insites on where the best events or things to do are.
One of the ways to experience the outdoors on the Northfork from our location is Biking on the main road. It is fantastic, also enjoyable seeing the views of the farms, wineries, and to stop at some local stores in the location. Bringing your knapsack with you is great to carry all your little treasure finds from the stores you might wish to drop in on. Or you can just ride on into the east end, at your leisure, checking out sites from a different view point of a bicycle you can lease from a neighborhood bicycle store. Call in advance to reserve. They will have the bike(s) ready and waiting when you get here.
There are numerous docks on our waterfront property you can fish from. There is also a local area skipper that you can reserve and he can pick you up from our docks, to cast for some bigger fish in the Peconic Bay. If you really wish to go larger fishing, further east of us in Orient Point, you can arrange a charter fishing boat with a bunch of individuals to fish in the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch or release, or have them grill on our courtesy barbecue when you return to our place. Anglers make sure to take along your fishing reel.
Among our normal short stay guests, our waterfront property is offered to lengthy stay individuals also. These Guests take a trip southward throughout the winter months from here in New York and return north to our residential property in the warmer season. Staying at our little slice of paradise, you are snuggled among many vineyards on the Northfork of LI. There are a lot of vineyards in our location, it will certainly suit any individual's taste. Are you a red wine aficionado or have a love for a glass of wine? We have vineyard trips offered by a Tour Guide Specialist, taking you on a bus from our vacation property, with decades of experience with wine and the Local area Vineyards. It makes for a very enjoyable day and great learning experience about the wine industry.
